About Me

My name is Adam Geiger, and for the past 20 years, I’ve been dedicated to helping individuals and corporate teams optimize their health and performance. My journey with health began with a personal challenge—growing up in the 80s and 90s, I struggled with undiagnosed ADHD. At the time, little was understood about neurodivergence, and I was often labeled as “a lot to handle.” It wasn’t until later in life that I was diagnosed, and I finally had clarity about why I had always felt different.

After my diagnosis, I realized that what I once thought was a disability and a disadvantage was actually a source of strength. Instead of letting ADHD hold me back, I turned it into a driving force for success, both in my personal and professional life. I became determined to manage it effectively, using my background in health to address its root causes—not just for myself but for others who may feel lost or misunderstood.

This journey inspired me to pursue degrees in Molecular Medicine and Health Psychology so I could combine scientific knowledge with practical coaching to help others. I wanted to provide the answers that so many people with neurodivergence, like me, are searching for.

Through my work, I empower individuals—especially men and parents navigating neurodivergence—to take back control of their health, boost mental clarity, and create systems that drive long-term success. Whether working one-on-one with clients or partnering with corporate teams, I focus on personalized, science-backed strategies to address both physical health and cognitive function.

I believe that no matter the challenges someone faces, with the right support and guidance, they can turn what once felt like a disadvantage into the very thing that drives their success—just as I have.
