For over 20 years, I’ve been helping people overcome what feels impossible—whether it’s breaking through chronic health challenges or unlocking peak performance. My passion for this journey started when I set out to transform myself, going from being very skinny to building strength and muscle. I quickly discovered a natural ability to absorb and retain information about health and fitness, and it lit a fire in me to help others do the same.

Today, I’m driven by the novelty in every client’s case. As someone with ADHD, I thrive on solving unique challenges—whether it’s addressing hormonal imbalances, chronic stress, or performance optimization. Each client brings a new puzzle to solve, and that fuels my energy and commitment to their success.

I’m currently pursuing a degree in Molecular Medicine with a minor in Health Psychology. Why? Because I believe that true health goes beyond having the best plan or strategy—it’s about understanding why we make the choices we do. Our behaviors, perceptions, and mental health shape everything, from the foods we eat to the habits we engage in. Without addressing the mind-body connection, even the best plan can feel like a struggle.

My coaching combines years of practical experience with a deep understanding of how the brain and body communicate to regulate everything—from metabolic function to how stress and inflammation impact performance. This allows me to provide a tailored approach for each client, whether they’re high achievers looking to optimize performance or individuals battling metabolic and hormonal dysfunctions like PCOS, thyroid disorders, or post-finasteride syndrome.

My approach is simple:
• For high performers: I help your body and brain keep up with your goals without asking you to slow down.
• For those dealing with dysfunction: I address the underlying issues—like stress, fatigue, and metabolic dysfunction—that make progress feel impossible.

Using targeted strategies like stress adaptogens, neurotransmitter support, and anti-inflammatory tools, I make it easier for you to see quick wins while building a foundation for lasting success.
